Alotrope Software Limited ("we") is the controller of the personal data you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the "Book a call" form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry details 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep them for as long as we provide services to you, and then for six years to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to process your enquiry. Each one acts on our instructions only.

• n8n, which receives your enquiry from this website and sends it to our systems.
• Supabase, which stores your enquiry in our database.
• Google (Gmail), which we use to send and receive email about your enquiry.
• Netlify, our website host, which keeps a backup copy of form submissions.

Some of these providers can process data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure that the transfer has appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
